Laapeng Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, with the aim of developing interventional projects which seeks to provide holistic youth-focused development platforms, HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse Prevention and Awareness, Gender Based Violence, Victim Empowerment, TB/STI screenings, (AGYW) Adolescents Young Girls and Women in school programe , Youth Development including Skills Programs, Internships and Learnerships for various fields.

Our projects are solely reliant on financial donations, incentives, partnerships and volunteerism in order to sustain our projects and programs. Laapeng renders services through developing projects by identifying communities and schools where the youth is challenged by HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse. Laapeng’s interventional strategies are unique, comprehensive and in pursuit of positive youth development and the education about dealing with the above mentioned social issues.

Our Main focus as a multi-disciplinary organisation is total development and social transformation through education of our communities both in the rural and urban areas about how HIV/AIDS, Drugs and Substance Abuse affects them as a society. We pride ourselves with the most experienced project leaders, who have amassed a wealth of experience and have expertise in their own field(s) of operations.
